Cancellation Policy
If you wish to initiate a service termination, please complete the Service Cancellation form, and we will promptly handle your request. Kindly be aware that all cancellations will be managed in accordance with the terms outlined in the referral agreement.
Consequences of Termination
Termination of the Referral Agreement by either party will not impact any compensation, credits, discounts, or any other amounts owed or payable, including those accrued as a result of a Broker’s Referral Acceptance prior to the Agreement’s termination.

TERM AND TERMINATION:
The Referral Service Agreement will take effect on the Effective Date and remain in effect for one (1) year. It will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless terminated by either party as described in this section. Estaterix Technologies Agent/Broker may terminate the Agreement by providing written or emailed notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination date. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION:
The termination of the Referral Agreement will not impact any compensation, credits, discounts, or amounts owed or payable as a result of a Referral Acceptance by the Broker prior to termination. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:
Your yearly plan with Estaterix Technologies will be automatically renewed using the payment information on file. The renewal payment will occur on or around the anniversary date (Renewal Date), and your Plan will continue unless you cancel it. The Membership Fee will be charged to your payment method until you cancel the Plan.
If the renewal payment processing fails, we will attempt to process the renewal for up to one hundred eighty (180) days according to our standard practices. Unless required by applicable law, we will not provide prior notices before each annual renewal payment.
By registering for the Service and receiving a Plan, you authorize Estaterix Technologies to update the expiration date of your credit or debit card and proceed with billing using the same account. We also utilize a third-party service (Account Updater) to refresh expired or replaced card numbers to prevent service interruption. You consent to the disclosure of your card information to the Account Updater and the third party’s use of such information solely for that purpose. You further consent to Estaterix Technologies receiving and using updated card account information from your financial institution as described in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Canceling your Plan:
To cancel your Plan, you must provide thirty (30) days prior written or emailed notice to the other party. To initiate the cancellation process, the Agent/Broker must complete and submit the “service cancellation form” in its entirety to Estaterix Technologies via email at info@estaterixtechnologies.com. A cancellation confirmation number will be provided upon confirmation of the cancellation.
